Okay so as the title of the feature indicates its February so I’m doing a Valentine’s Day Feature. It started off as loving couples became a mix of love and lust (read smut). I just like how lust is displayed, the heat to me always seems like it would be harder to express and it feels so much different to love.
One thing I will point out is that I am a massive fan of BL. I would not admit that in the real world but here I’m fine with it. Meh judge me or not I really don’t care. So a fair few okay a lot of these deviations are boyxboy. Also a lot have a mature content warning on them so apologies to anyone who can’t see my whole feature.
As always I highly recommend any and all of the following gallaries.

I’m starting the feature proper with something a little different this month. These four deviations are part of an ongoing series by . For those who can’t figure it out the four men in these paintings are the assassins from the Assassin’s Creed series (Altair, Ezio, Conor and Edward). I always look forward to these paintings as the wonderful artist finishes the games.

Videos for the month. This month I’ve chosen two new releases I’m hooked on. One Valentines one and one that really isn’t (closer Lunar New Year if you ask me).

Boy in Luv by BTS – This is the first single of their second mini album. I am loving this. When the concept was initially announced I was a little sceptical, I couldn't see them maintaining their musical style and executing the concept. I was entirely wrong. Their image works in this and the songs style fits their attitudes. Also Suga’s lines aside from making me giggle are just brilliant. Once again I have decided these 7 will be the death of me, too gorgeous, too talented, too funny.

Arario by Topp Dogg – I may forever hate J-Roh for spilling the beans about this clip. It meant the company released the teaser before the clip was ready. Patience is not my strong suit and waiting for this was not enjoyable. But the clip is just as fun and funny as I hoped it would be. It shows off a complete other side of Topp Dogg (and Hojoon Potter is gone). This has been my favourite song on the album since I heard it and the clip does it justice. It’s just fun.

FIFTEEN THINGS ABOUT ME! (I know I should be doing 20 but it’s too hard)

1. I’ve always had a thing for languages. I can only speak 2 but I can pick so many more. I think it could be part of the reason I love K-Pop so much.

2. I’m epileptic. Don’t really mind who knows this anymore. But it has been blamed for my awful memory, I remember very little of my life before I was 21.

3. I have a slight obsession with tea and teapots. Currently I have 12 teapots of varying styles and designs in my collection. Tea… well that collection lost count of how many teas I have.

4. My pet hate is bad customer service. I just can’t stand it. I’m trained in three sorts of customer service and when someone doesn’t give good service it just really annoys me.

5. When I’m asked how I got into kpop I always answer the same way. I was introduced to it by a deviation by Aliss-R-Aleman. I was intrigued by Taemin’s face (and hair) and I needed to know more. My first kpop clip was the wonderful and hypnotic Lucifer dance practise.

6. My two favourite books (S.E. Hinton’s The Outsiders and Wendy Orr’s Peeling the Onion) are both books I studied in high school.

7. I have on occasion described myself as a ruby dragon with pincers and a mane. It relates to my eastern and western zodiacs and my birthstone. I’m born in July making my birthstone a ruby. My birth year is 1988, year of the dragon. The pincers and mane come from the fact that though I was born a Cancer (crab) I’m incredibly close to the cusp of Leo (lion). Also if I read zodiacs I’m more likely to have a Leo day (hmmmm…. I’m waffling).

8. I’m a morning person. I’m not sure if I always have been or if I just became one. I have been working at 6:30am on a Sunday for the past 3 years.

9. Kpop has made me a healthier person. Since I started listening to it I walk a lot more, meaning I’m losing weight reasonably quickly.

10. I have been likened to a mother bear, because of how protective I can people of people around me. The idea behind it is ‘you go after me or mine and I will go after you’.

11. I adore tattoos. Especially when they have a story behind them. I have no shame in asking people about their tattoos, or openly staring at them.

12. I’m Australian born and raised, my mother is Welsh and my father is Australian. But I get asked on a semi regular basis (mostly at work) if I’m American or Canadian. Personally I can’t understand it, if you think I sound American you have never heard an American speak.

13. I have broken my arm countless times (no seriously I’m not certain how many), as well as my leg twice and toes a couple of times. My most impressive broken arm was broken in three places after flying off a trampoline and landing in a concrete bird bath.

14. I don’t drink alcohol. Partially because of my medication, partially because I’ve seen how it can affect people when drunk in excess. (And with my obsessive personality I’m scared I wouldn’t be able to stop).

15. My bias type in the Kpop world is rapper/dancers. I like both skills individually but in one performer it can be mind-blowing.
Triple threats (like BTS’s JungKook, SHINee’s Key and Super Junior’s Eunhyuk) are also impressive.

Yes, but only with plain cheese not a fan of toppings.

2. Favorite movie genre?
It depends on my mood. My mood dictates my life a little sometimes. But most of the time I like either action or kid (like Disney or Pixar) films.

3. Prefer reading or writing or both?
I prefer to read, though I am thinking about writing fanfic.

4. Last thing you ate?
Apple.

5. Taking finals in school?
I’m 25. So I’m past that, very happy about that.

6. Do you Draw?
No, I wish I could. But those who can’t comment.

7. Favorite Song? [doesn't matter genre]
This changes on a regular basis but right now it’s either Jealousy by Teen Top, Arario by Topp Dogg or Break Up by Electroboyz.

8. Do you cry at sad movies?
Yep. Not even ashamed to say that. I cried during Fast and Furious for crying out loud. (My Brother thinks that is the funniest thing on the planet).

9. Do you like to make others smile?
I do and I can when I’m in the right headspace. I work in the retail industry when I’m at work I will always try to make people smile, by the time they get to me most people just want to get home.

10. If you could have one wish! What would you wish for?
People’s happiness. I don’t want anything, or anything I do want I want to earn.

1). Whats the first ever kpop song you ever heard?
Lucifer by SHINee. I have discovered this is actually quite a common answer.

2). What are some of your hobbies?
I love to troll DA and tumblr, read fanfic and listen to music. While I’m online I’m a comment whore I comment on everything I read so it can keep me happy and busy.

3). Favorite movie?
This is a hard one. My favourite movie depends on my mood. Right now it’s probably Pitch Perfect, Ninja Assassin or Takers. Completely opposite style films but I adore them both.

4). who is your ultimate bias, in kpop? why?
G-Dragon. As to why, to be honest I think it is a combination of a few things to start with it was an immediate physical reaction. He affects me like no other idol ever has. But as I learnt more about him I came to respect and love his talent (which is super scary), artistic vision and his work ethic.

5). Do you have a favorite foreign food?
I’m an Aussie so most of our food has come from other cultures. My fave food is pasta, I really love Gnocchi which is potato pasta.

6). Have you ever been to Seoul?
No. But I would love to. Think I need to learn at least basic Korean first.

7). Any pets?
My family has one dog, a Staffy-x-Bitsa called Sasha. But she doesn’t like me too much. I would much prefer a cat and I think she can sense that.

8). Favorite TV? (at the moment)
I don’t watch much TV (we have four people in our house and only one TV). But I really enjoy watching science fiction, fave at the moment is Haven.

9). what was your favorite kpop song of 2013?
This is hard for me since I only got into K-Pop in 2013.
But I will give you three (don’t make me choose just one, not sure that is possible). Very Good by Block B – This just has an awesome clip as well as being a good song. It shows off their gorgeous personalities. Naingeol by Electroboyz – I have fallen in love with this group. Especially ChaKun and his amazing voice, Naingeol is his showcase piece off The Truth. Lastly Black by G-Dragon – I’m not sure which version I prefer though I like the English in the second version. This song is just not what you would expect from the often highly energetic GD and the two female voices are impressive.

10). What is your favorite vacation spot?
I don’t know. If I had to say one I would say Australia’s Gold Coast. It’s so expensive but I love it.

Her eyes were glued to her book and every little thing her sister did was distracting her, causing her to re-read the sentence she had be trying to finish since she started studying. Her sister, Lea dropped the teddy bear she was hitting her sister with and plopped on the bed beside her older sister. Heiryung finally took her eyes off the page to look to Lea. “Yes?” her voice was calmer now, she didn’t seem as upset as she was just seconds ago, making Lea feel a bit more at ease.
                “Can I help you study? I want to learn it too.” She asked, holding her hand out for the book. Heiryung was gouged in her Korean language textbook that her teacher gave her. Since her mother was Korean, her parents insisted that she learned her mother’s native languag

To the feature… when I was trying to decide what colours to feature this month I was feeling oddly girly (that never happens to me), so the colours for the month are Pink and Purple.
Same mix of artists as usual, as well as some I’ve picked up over time either because they were DD’s or because they popped up in a group or I was just browsing. As with last month I’ve tried to avoid using the same artist twice but in one case I couldn't choose so there is a double up.

I’m starting a new thing in my features. I’m going to start including a music video at the bottom, apologies to my non K-Pop watchers but most of them will probably be K-Pop related .
